John O'Neill, the Swift Boat Liar who's been after John Kerry's ass since 1971, claims in his book that "Kerry was never ordered into Cambodia by anyone and would have been court-martialed had he gone there." Really? What makes Kerry so special, Mr. O'Neill?O'NEILL: I was in Cambodia, sir. I worked along the border on the water.
