Vacation: Day 17 (August 19)
The home stretch.No drive across South Dakota is complete without a stop at the ultimate tourist trap, Wall Drug. Here's Emma at one of the "stores within the store," trying to figure out how to spend the last of her souvenir money.
And here I am atop a jackalope. Note to Scooter: I did not touch it inappropriately.
Distance covered: 640 long miles. But at the end of it, familiar beds and happy cats. Game over; back to work.
